About Lima First Assembly of God

Welcome to Lima First Assembly of God! We are a dedicated community of believers, committed to spreading the love and teachings of Jesus Christ. As a vibrant part of the Community and Society - Faith and Beliefs category, we strive to make a positive impact on the world around us.

Vacation Bible School (VBS)

One of the ways Lima First Assembly of God serves and engages with our community is through our exciting Vacation Bible School (VBS) program. VBS is an annual event that offers children a chance to have fun, learn about God, and participate in various activities.

Empowering Children to Make a Difference

Our recent VBS program, themed "Wheels for the World," aimed to empower children to make a difference. This immersive experience taught kids about compassion, empathy, and the importance of serving others. Our VBS "Wheels for the World" program specifically focused on providing mobility solutions to those in need around the globe.

Learning and Helping Others

During the "Wheels for the World" VBS, children participated in educational sessions that highlighted various mobility challenges faced by people in different parts of the world. They learned about the impact a lack of mobility can have on individuals and communities. Through engaging stories, multimedia presentations, and interactive discussions, the children gained a deeper understanding of the importance of accessibility and the ways in which they could make a positive impact.

Partnership with Global Aid Organizations

Lima First Assembly of God has a strong commitment to partnering with global aid organizations to support their mission of providing mobility devices to those in need. Through our VBS program, we raise awareness and funds to contribute towards these initiatives. By linking compassion and action, we encourage children to actively participate in helping others.
